Hi, I'm Catherine, a registered occupational therapist with over 10 years of experience working with adults with neurological, physical and mental health conditions. Throughout my career, I've practised across a variety of settings including acute care, outpatient rehabilitation, aged care, community and telehealth services.

I'm passionate about supporting adults and older individuals to live meaningful and independent lives and value listening to each client's unique story. My approach is person centred, focusing on empowering people to achieve their goals through comprehensive assessment and tailored intervention. I provide Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and Home and Living assessments to support participants to understand their functional needs and access appropriate supports for everyday life, independence and meaningful participation.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, whether it's watching movies together, enjoying the outdoors at the beach or park, travelling or baking at home.
