I am a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist with over 16 years of experience, having graduated in February 2009. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to supporting children and families through thoughtful, practical, and individualised care, while continually striving to learn, grow, and refine my practice.
I have a particular passion for working with children who need support with their nervous systems, helping them feel regulated, confident, and capable in their everyday lives. I also truly enjoy partnering with parents - listening, educating, and empowering them as they navigate their child’s journey. Advocating for children within school environments is an important part of my work, ensuring their needs are understood and supported so they can thrive.
I believe every individual is a unique universe of strengths, challenges, and hopes. My approach is holistic and collaborative, focusing on nurturing strengths while addressing concerns in a way that feels respectful and achievable.
As a mother of two, I bring not only professional expertise but also personal understanding, empathy, and insight into the realities of parenting. Your voice matters, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, informed, and empowered. Together, we work as a team - every step of the way.

I’m an occupational therapist with a big heart for working with both kids and adults by helping them grow into their most confident, independent selves. I’ve had the chance to support participants with a wide range of needs, including Autism Levels 1 to 3, ADHD, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and global developmental delay.
I dive into sensory play and child-led techniques to help children understand their emotions and achieve their goals. I’ve run individual and group sessions in kindergartens, primary schools, and even overseas in Ecuador, where I facilitated group OT sessions with children and adults in Spanish. I also designed and implemented a school-wide project to support teachers in promoting students’ self-regulation.
I’m also experienced in adult mental health and have used a range of tools to help people identify which daily activities are challenging, determine which ones matter most to them, and explore ways to boost motivation and build a fulfilling routine that aligns with their goals. . In addition, I have experience with various assessments that are essential for writing detailed Functional Capacity Assessments.
Outside of OT, I enjoy hula-hooping and pole dancing, and love giving back to the community, whether that’s volunteering at aged care centres for their happy hour or raising funds for causes I care about. I speak Spanish and Japanese, and I’m always looking for new ways to grow, connect, and bring creativity and joy to my work with children, adults, and their families.

Completing our intake form is the best way to get started—it helps us understand your child's needs and how we can support them. Submitting the form is obligation-free and does not commit you to therapy. It’s simply a way to start the conversation and explore the best options for your child.
Once we receive your form, our team will reach out to discuss the next steps and answer any questions you may have. Let’s work together to support your child’s growth and development!
The presence of one or more of these signs does not automatically mean that therapy is needed. However, if you have concerns about your child's development, motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, or overall functional performance, it is recommended to consult with a therapist. They can assess your child's needs and recommend appropriate therapy interventions to support their growth and development.
