Our paediatric psychologists support children and teens to understand and manage their emotions, behaviour and mental health in ways that feel safe, respectful and supportive. We work with children across a range of developmental stages, supporting emotional regulation, coping skills, self-esteem, relationships and participation in everyday life.
We support children and teens who may experience anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural challenges, low mood, stress, trauma, social difficulties or neurodivergence. Support is individualised, strengths-based and neuro-affirming, and may involve working closely with parents, carers, schools and other professionals.
We also provide adult psychology services in Adelaide, supporting individuals to navigate mental health challenges, life transitions and everyday stressors. Our psychologists work with adults to support emotional wellbeing, coping strategies, self-understanding, relationships and participation in work and community life.
Our psychologists support a wide range of emotional and mental health areas, including anxiety, emotional regulation, stress, mood difficulties, trauma, self-esteem, social and relationship challenges, behavioural concerns, life transitions and wellbeing across home, school, work and community settings.
Support is always individualised and guided by each person’s strengths, goals and priorities.
Psychology supports people to better understand their thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and to develop strategies that support emotional wellbeing and resilience. By focusing on meaningful goals and real-life contexts, psychology helps individuals build skills that support confidence, connection and participation in everyday life.
Our psychologists take a holistic approach, considering emotional, cognitive, sensory, relational and environmental factors that may impact wellbeing. Support may involve individual therapy, parent or caregiver support, education, skill development and collaboration with other professionals.
We provide psychology services for NDIS participants, including self-managed and plan-managed plans. We also offer psychology services for Medicare-funded and privately funded clients.
If you’re unsure which funding options apply to you or your child, our team can help guide you through the process.
