Occupational therapy supports people to participate more fully and confidently in everyday life. By focusing on meaningful activities and real-life environments, occupational therapy helps individuals develop skills, strategies and adaptations that support independence and wellbeing.
Our therapists take a holistic approach, considering sensory, physical, emotional, cognitive and environmental factors that may impact participation. Therapy may involve direct sessions, education, strategy development and collaboration with families and support networks.
