welcome to all things therapy

We’re Relocating Soon

Our clinic is moving to Eastwood SA in the coming weeks. We will continue providing occupational therapy, speech pathology, psychology, and allied health services across Adelaide throughout the transition.

Supporting Children, Adults, and Families to Thrive

At All Things Therapy, we provide high-quality, neuro-affirming allied health services for children, adolescents, and adults across Adelaide. Our team offers comprehensive support through occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychology, developmental education, behavioural support, and allied health assistant services.

We help individuals build the skills they need for everyday life — including emotional regulation, communication, sensory processing, motor development, learning, independence at home, community participation, and achieving meaningful personal goals.

Working closely with families, carers, and support teams, we ensure every person receives personalised, evidence-based, and respectful care. Through collaborative, client-centred therapy, we empower people of all ages to grow with confidence, strengthen their wellbeing, and participate more fully in the life they choose.
