All Things Therapy provides speech therapy in Adelaide for children, teens and adults, supporting communication, language, speech, social interaction and swallowing across everyday environments. Our Adelaide-based speech pathologists work alongside individuals and families to support meaningful communication and participation at home, school, work and in the community.

Speech Therapy for Children and Teens

Our paediatric speech pathologists in Adelaide support children and teens to develop the communication skills they need to participate confidently in everyday life. We work with children across a range of developmental stages, supporting speech, language, play, learning and social participation.

We support children and teens who may experience challenges with speech sounds, language development, social communication, attention, literacy foundations, stuttering or feeding and swallowing. Therapy is individualised, strengths-based and neuro-affirming, and may involve working closely with parents, carers, educators and other professionals.

Speech Therapy for Adults

We also provide adult speech therapy in Adelaide, supporting individuals to improve communication, confidence and participation in daily life. Our speech pathologists work with adults to support speech, language, voice, swallowing, social communication and cognitive-communication skills following illness, injury or neurodivergence.

Areas we support

Our speech pathologists support a wide range of communication areas, including speech sound development, receptive and expressive language, social communication, literacy foundations, fluency, voice, cognitive-communication skills, feeding and swallowing, and participation at home, school, work and in the community.

Support is always individualised and guided by each person’s strengths, goals and priorities.

How speech therapy can help

Speech therapy supports people to communicate more effectively and participate more confidently in everyday life. By focusing on meaningful communication and real-life environments, speech therapy helps individuals develop skills, strategies and supports that enhance connection, independence and wellbeing.

Our speech pathologists take a holistic approach, considering communication, sensory, cognitive, emotional and environmental factors that may impact participation. Therapy may involve direct sessions, education, strategy development and collaboration with families, educators and support networks.

NDIS and funding options

We provide speech therapy services for NDIS participants, including self-managed and plan-managed plans. We also offer speech therapy services for Medicare-funded and privately funded clients.

If you’re unsure which funding options apply to you or your child, our team can help guide you through the process.

Our Adelaide location

We provide speech therapy services from our Eastwood clinic and support individuals and families across surrounding Adelaide suburbs, including Unley, Glen Osmond, Parkside, Fullarton, Norwood and Burnside.

We also support clients across the wider Adelaide metropolitan area depending on individual needs and goals.
