I am a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist with over 16 years of experience, having graduated in February 2009. I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families across the lifespan, and I continue to be genuinely invested in learning, growing, and refining how I show up in my work.
My approach is grounded in supporting the nervous system. I am passionate about helping people feel more regulated ,settled, and able to move through their daily lives with greater ease and confidence. I keep therapy calm, practical, and realistic so that it fits into everyday life, not just the therapy room.
I value working alongside people in a collaborative and down-to-earth way. I take the time to listen and understand your experience, and share knowledge in a way that feels clear and useful. My focus is on helping things feel more manageable and less overwhelming.
A big part of my work is also shaping our space at All Things Therapy. I care deeply about creating an environment that feels welcoming, calm, and comfortable for everyone. It is something I continue to grow and evolve over time, alongside supporting our team and the way we work together.
I see each person as a whole individual, with their own strengths, experiences, and story. I aim to meet you where you are and build from there in a way that feels meaningful and achievable.
Being a mum of two also shapes how I work. It has given me a deeper appreciation for how full life can be, and how important it is that support feels practical, respectful, and genuinely helpful.

I’m a dedicated occupational therapist with over 10 years’ experience supporting children, adults and their support networks to be their best selves and achieve the goals that matter most to them.
I have significant experience working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly the autistic community. My work is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming and person-centred therapy, with a focus on understanding each person’s strengths, values and priorities, and partnering with them to make meaningful progress in everyday life.
Throughout my career, I’ve also supported and guided other clinicians, with several years of experience in senior and leadership roles. I value collaborative practice and enjoy contributing to positive team cultures that support high-quality, reflective clinical work.

Hi, I’m Michael! I’m an Occupational Therapist and I have experience working with children and supporting their families to achieve their personal goals. I approach my therapy with care, collaboration and creativity with the aim being to empower my clients, build confidence and help them to find joy and meaning in their daily lives.
My experience is rooted in sensory integration. Helping clients best organise and interpret incoming information from their senses through the use of sensory processing and emotional regulation techniques.
I value collaborating with like minded individuals whether it be families, educators or other healthcare professionals to provide the most holistic and client centered care possible.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients including those with sensory processing challenges, global developmental delay, Autism or ADHD.
Outside of work I’d describe myself as creative. I enjoy drawing, painting, graphic design and listening to music. I’ve played soccer since I was a child and still do when my body lets me. I have a particular passion for food and cooking and I enjoy entertaining and sharing these skills with my loved ones, friends and family.

Hello! My name is Hajar. I am an allied health therapist with a Bachelor of Psychology and a passion for supporting neurodivergent children and young people to thrive! I have worked across school, community, and wellbeing settings, supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, learning delays, and trauma backgrounds.
These experiences have shaped my compassionate, curious, and strengths-based approach to understanding behaviour as communication and tailoring support to each young person’s individual needs. I draw on evidence-based, trauma-aware, and neuro-affirming practices to support emotional regulation, skill development, and meaningful participation in daily life. I strongly believe that every child has unique strengths, and I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where they feel valued and understood.
I am committed to collaborative, holistic care and enjoy working closely with families, and in multidisciplinary teams to create practical, consistent, and sustainable support plans. My goal is to empower each young person to build confidence, independence, and wellbeing in their everyday lives.

Completing our intake form is the best way to get started—it helps us understand your child's needs and how we can support them. Submitting the form is obligation-free and does not commit you to therapy. It’s simply a way to start the conversation and explore the best options for your child.
Once we receive your form, our team will reach out to discuss the next steps and answer any questions you may have. Let’s work together to support your child’s growth and development!
